Registration

  • Students: Student pricing is available for full time students. Must have been a student when submitting the paper for review.
  • Agree to the code of conduct, and privacy policy
  • Receipt: Email yourself a receipt in section 3.

Affiliation

Student pricing is for anyone who is a full-time student at an accredited institution. You may need to present a valid student ID when you check in at the conference. Have your student ID ready to present.

Non-Academic pricing is for anyone whose expenses are being reimbursed by a non-academic institution or company.

Extras

Only purchase a guest ticket if you are bringing a guest and you are ticketed to attend on the day of the reception. Your entrance to the reception is included in your registration. The guest ticket only includes the reception.

We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.

Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
