Instructions

  • Update your profile and optionally choose your pronouns and dietary restrictions. 
  • Passwords must be at least 9 characters.
  • Receipt: Email yourself a receipt in section 3.
  • ServiceNow.com is offering a $50 credit to the first 500 students who register. The credit is already reflected in your early student price.

  • Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
  • Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.

Affiliation

Student pricing is for anyone who is a full time student at an accredited institution. You will need to upload a valid student ID when you register and present it when you check in at the conference.

Non-Academic pricing is for anyone whose expenses are being reimbursed by a non-academic institution or company.



Students must upload a scanned image of your student ID in jpg format.

Only purchase a guest ticket if you are bringing a guest. Your entrance to the reception is included in your regular registration. The guest ticket only includes the reception.

We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.

Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
